Huy Pham serves as Service Operations Manager at Huy Cool, where he leads the day-to-day execution of field service operations across commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment. With years of experience servicing hospitals, healthcare facilities, commercial kitchens, and foodservice operations throughout the Greater Houston area, Huy is committed to delivering responsive service and exceptional workmanship on every job.
Huy works closely with technicians to coordinate service, maintain high technical standards, and ensure customers receive timely, reliable support. His hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge, and commitment to continuous improvement help Huy Cool provide the dependable service that mission-critical facilities and commercial operations rely on every day.
Hoa Tran
Tran Hoang serves as Vice President of Quality & Customer Success at Huy Cool, bringing decades of experience servicing hospitals, healthcare systems, commercial kitchens, and refrigeration equipment throughout the Greater Houston area. He oversees quality standards, technician development, and customer satisfaction, ensuring every service call, preventive maintenance visit, and installation is completed with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail.
Having spent years supporting mission-critical healthcare facilities and high-demand foodservice operations, Tran understands that equipment reliability directly impacts customer operations.
