This is a challenge. It’s Rodeo season in Houston and, for a month, that means NRG Stadium gets transformed into the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. That also means a whole lot of beer is flowing.
Our great friends at Aramark contacted us to help build the prototype for a portable walk-in cooler for all of the beer taps for this season. It had very tight specs and needed to be able to be moved around with a forklift.
We went to work and came up with multiple designs. Using all of the tools and equipment in our warehouse, we began to chip away at the moldable piece of clay.

We teamed up with the great team at Custom Coolers in Fort Worth to deliver the box in expedited fashion. They were able to manufacture and ship the order in an incredible timeframe. All arrived in excellent condition despite the pouring rain on delivery day.

We have a few trained welders on staff and they began their work on the platform. Measurements are laid out and the tolerances were tight. But they spent some good quality time and their work was precise and exact.

Typically, a project of this magnitude would take months, but we only had weeks to complete in time to deliver before the rodeo. Our guys took pride in doing the job well and quickly.
Stay tuned for more updates…
